Max joined the business in February 2008 as a buyer, having previously worked in management roles for two other telecoms distribution companies, before progressing into a operational management role at Mayflex in 2012.Max is responsible for the procurement team, the groups inventory management and inbound supply chain. The main goal is to ensure that Mayflex has the correct levels of inventory, deliver excellent customer service and add value where possible.

Max lives in Birmingham and spends his spare time with his wife and 2 boys. Max is also a passionate Birmingham City and boxing fan.
