Trade Counter

Visit our trade counter for quick, convenient order collection
We are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. Our Trade Counter, located at our Birmingham headquarters, offers a convenient way for customers to collect orders and consult with our knowledgeable staff.
ORDER ONLINE

Place an order for collection using the Mayflex webshop*. Simply log in to your account, select the products you'd like to order, and when choosing your delivery option, tick "Collect from Mayflex Trade Counter". Orders should be ready for collection approximately 2 hours after placing an order online.

ORDER OVER THE PHONE

Place your order over the phone with the support of our expert sales team, and let them know you would like to collect the order from the Trade Counter when you complete the order.

You can also buy products directly from our Trade Counter. Come along and see what offers we have available.

Avoid waiting for your collection
We can text you when your order is being prepared and then when your order is ready to be collected.
For orders placed after cut-off, the earliest they will be ready is 7am on the next working day or 8.30am for built part codes (wall boxes and floor cabinets).
