Tom joined the Mayflex business in January 2025, after spending 14 years working in Logistics and Operations in the automotive aftermarket sector. Tom holds a MSC in Supply Chain Leadership from Aston University and was named Rising Star in 2017’s Supply Chain Excellence Awards.

Tom’s background in a fast-paced, customer centric, and technologically developing B2B sector provide a strong foundation for Tom to lead the drive on operational efficiency, customer deliverability and people engagement and development across the already-well-established Operations team at Mayflex.

Tom’s interests outside of work life centre around his young son; swimming, football and learning to ride his bike are some of the favourite pass-times, and indoors usually revolves around Lego or a well-known Australian blue dog and her family adventures. Tom also enjoys cooking and going to the gym.
