Our EcoVadis Silver award is a testament to our progress, and we're always striving to do more. We're also passionate about reforestation, planting trees for every new team member and fostering our own Mayflex forest through community volunteering.
Continual Improvement
Each year we create a non-financial maturity assessment, which allows us to track and report transparently on the positive impact we make as an employer as well as identifying the areas we can invest further. We share this report openly, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
